Patchy record last season but looked better than ever when making an impressive winning return over a new trip at Fontwell (27.7f) 3 weeks ago. 11 lb higher now but that looks justified.
Game winner of Eider in 2019 and also second in Scottish National that year. Last season was disappointing, but showed he's back in much better form when going close both starts this term.
Mostly respectable efforts last season and positive return when second at Aintree. Let down by jumping at Haydock 2 weeks ago.
First past the post when this was voided last year. Even better this term, winning at Uttoxeter and a creditable 13 lengths third to Cloudy Glen at Fontwell latest. 12 lb better off with that one now.
Winner of 3m handicap here off this mark in February 2019 and creditable second of 18 in handicap chase at Exeter on return. Worth another try over this sort of trip.
Won the Southern National (27.6f) at Fontwell 2 years ago and pick of his efforts last term when going close in the mud at Carlisle. Not disgraced on return and is becoming well treated.
Midland's National winner in 2018 who returned to form when narrowly denied here in January. Below par next 2 starts but offered plenty of encouragement before dropping away here on return.

CLOUDY GLEN didn't realise his full potential last winter (shaped much better than result several times) but seems set to make up for lost time judging by his impressive winning return over a new trip at Fontwell 3 weeks ago. Classic Ben made a positive comeback at Exeter and is worth another go at this trip, so rates the main threat. Crosspark makes most appeal of the remaining veterans.
