Brushed Up³¹⁶

Age: 7| Weight: 11-0| J: Benjamin Poste| T: R Potter

28/1

Went backwards from a winning bumper debut in 2017/18. Reported to have bled when well held after 22 months off in a Warwick novice hurdle in January and has since left Tom Symonds.

Form: 144/7-

Committee Of One¹⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: James Davies| T: T R Gretton

125/1

Well held in a maiden/novice 9 months apart.

Form: 5-9

Found On^h²⁰

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: James Best| T: M Keighley

9/4

Dead-heated in a point and was running encouraging first race over hurdles (still close up) when falling 2 out at Cheltenham. Good third in a similar event at Southwell last time and respected.

Form: 5/1-2F3

Hunny Moon³⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-0| J: P J Brennan| T: F O'Brien

11/8

Ran out a cosy winner of a Stratford bumper on debut in March. Was found under a penalty 8 months on at Aintree but is very much bred to relish this sort of test now hurdling.

Form: 1-3

Lydia Violet²⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: G Sheehan| T: T R George

12/1

Kalanisi mare who showed ability in a Warwick bumper on debut last month and should appreciate this step up in trip on hurdle debut.

Form: 5

Midnight Mary¹⁶

Age: 4| Weight: 11-0| J: C Gethings| T: S Edmunds

12/1

Mid-division in a couple of bumpers and was safely held on last month's hurdling debut at Fakenham. This longer trip a plus but unlikely to be of any interest until handicaps.

Form: 56-5

Rainmaker²⁷

Age: 4| Weight: 11-0| J: Sam Twiston-Davies| T: C E Longsdon

50/1

Yeats filly who no more than hinted at ability on last month's debut in a Warwick bumper.

Form: 7

Uptown Lady²⁸⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Jonjo O'Neill Jr.| T: J & A O'Neill

6/1

£150,000 buy from the Irish pointing field. Shaped promisingly only start in bumpers but needed experience when well held on Exeter hurdle debut in February. Should do better somewhere down the line.

Form: 275-

Non-Runners

Fantastic Lady

Weight: 11-0| Age: 5

T: N J Henderson J: N de Boinville

Forecasts

Hunny Moon (11/8), Fantastic Lady (6/4), Found On (9/4), Uptown Lady (6/1), Midnight Mary (12/1), Lydia Violet (12/1), Boro Babe (18/1), Brushed Up (28/1), Rainmaker (50/1), Committee Of One (125/1)

FANTASTIC LADY boasts an attractive pedigree and is sure to have been well schooled by her top yard, so she gets the nod to make a successful start. Bumper-winner Hunny Moon is bred to relish this sort of test now hurdling and is considered the main threat, ahead of Southwell-third Found On.
