Dual point winner who produced best effort yet under Rules when going close in a heavy-ground C&D handicap in January. Not in the same form back here the following month, though, and absent since.
Landed a bumper on debut here in April 2019, but yet to fire over hurdles and was beaten a long way on last month's handicap bow at Carlisle.
Winless following 8 attempts on the level for Ivan Furtado, and hasn't come close to hitting the target in 7 starts since switched to hurdles.
No real impact over hurdles last season and similar story in a couple of attempts over fences this time round. Blinkers/tongue strap applied back in this sphere.
Missed whole of last season and while he's on a winning mark for this comeback, it's likely that the run will be needed.
Pulled up on return at Perth (sent off favourite) and again prominent in the betting when well held at Chepstow last month. 4 lb lower now and perhaps worth another chance.
Placed off higher marks than this on a few occasions last season, but failed to step up on fair reappearance effort when down the field at Chepstow. Cheekpieces refitted.
Poor maiden on Flat/over hurdles and set for another struggle on handicap debut in this sphere.
Improved on last season's 3 efforts over hurdles when third on return/handicap debut at Newton Abbot (16.8f). 2 lb lower now and not without hope if able to build on that effort now upped in trip.
Jumped with greater fluency when opening his account in a C&D handicap last month. 4 lb rise tolerable, but no great surprise were he to find one or two too good this time.
Poor maiden hurdler on balance and was never travelling when out with the washing at Chepstow (19.4f) earlier this month.
Point/bumper winner who left previous efforts in this sphere well behind when making a winning return/handicap bow over 3m here. 5 lb rise fair and should go close if coping with drop back in trip.
Has found winning difficult in recent times and probably best watched following a 16-month absence.
One-time fair Flat performer who has improved to land handicaps at Hereford and Wincanton this month. Escapes a penalty for latter success and obvious chance of completing the hat-trick.
Maiden who looks to have lost her way, held again in a seller in first-time cheekpieces a fortnight ago.
Sehayli (1/1) Marilyn Monroe (11/4) Espressino (13/2) Memphis Bleek (14/1) Nye Bevan (14/1) Capac (16/1) Potters Vision (16/1) Panatos (16/1) Calarules (22/1) Neetside (25/1) Cougar Kid (28/1) Howaboutrightnow (40/1) Catchin Time (40/1) Test Valley (80/1) Alkademon (80/1) Berboru (80/1)
The unexposed MARILYN MONROE and hat-trick seeking Sehayli stand out. The latter escapes a penalty for her latest success and is not passed over lightly, but Marilyn Monroe surely has more to offer following her handicap debut victory at this course last month and the fact that she won a 2m bumper in 2019 suggests that this drop back in trip won't be a major issue. Nye Bevan is best of the rest.
