Resumed winning ways over extended 28f at Taunton in January and signed off with a good third in Grand National Trial final start. Not ruled out but suspicion the Welsh National is his target.
Smart chaser who again ran a stormer when third in the Ultima Chase at the Festival in March. Just touched off by Milan Native on return at Galway in October and he's a live player back here.
Very smart staying handicap chaser who impressed over hurdles around the turn of the year. Solid return in French Group 1 over hurdles and not ruled out here from reduced chase mark.
Not the most resolute but smart performer when in the mood and registered another sound effort at this venue when second over 25f last month. Won this race 12 months ago and fancied to be thereabouts.
Victories over fences have come in small fields, latterly at Kelso (23.4f) in January but hard to knock his fifth place finish in the Ultima here in March. Was pulled up in this 12 months ago, though.
Progressive over fences last term, signing off with a second in Midlands National. Career-best to score on return over hurdles at Uttoxeter (23.3f) and there may be more to come back over fences.

An intriguing affair with the vote in favour of 7-y-o CAPTAIN DRAKE. He ended last season with a good second in the Midlands National and posted a career-best display when successful on return over hurdles at Uttoxeter in October. Unexposed over marathon trips, he's expected to go well in refitted cheekpieces. Discorama and last year's winner West Approach head the dangers.
