Somekindofstar^p²⁸

Age: 7| Weight: 11-12| J: Maxime Tissier⁽⁵⁾| T: L Wadham| OR: 101

5/4

More of a chaser on pedigree and he shaped encouragingly when fifth on return over hurdles here (25f) in October. That was his first start since wind surgery and likely more to come now chasing.

Form: 32P60-5

Ratoute Yutty¹²⁶

Age: 7| Weight: 11-11| J: Lily Pinchin⁽⁵⁾| T: C Fryer| OR: 100

5/1

Mares maiden hurdle winner in Ireland but winless over hurdles/fences for Dan Skelton. Operating from a career-low mark for new yard but she can only be watched.

Form: PF454-6

Loco Coco³¹⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 11-7| J: Charlie Price⁽⁵⁾| T: Tim Vaughan| OR: 96| D

10/3

Winner in points who was seemingly brought along gradually over hurdles during second half of 2019. Well worth a close inspection in the betting for clues now handicapping over larger obstacles.

Form: 31/507-

Mackie Dee^h²⁸

Age: 8| Weight: 10-13| J: Philip Armson⁽⁷⁾| T: R J Armson| OR: 88

10/1

Dual winning pointer but that was back in spring 2018 and he's offered very little in 2 hurdle starts for present yard in recent months.

Form: 2144/09

Franz Klammer^h,t⁴⁶

Age: 8| Weight: 10-0| J: Charlie Hammond⁽³⁾| T: P A Pritchard| OR: 74

6/1

Long-standing maiden who was well held over hurdles at Uttoxeter (23.3f) in September and others make more appeal now his attentions are switched to chasing.

Form: P-43049

Hes Our Robin^h⁴¹

Age: 10| Weight: 10-0| J: Lee Edwards| T: M Mullineaux| OR: 69

50/1

Long-standing maiden who offered little on the back of 14 months off in a C&D hurdles event in September. Work cut out to play a meaningful role from out of the weights back over fences.

Form: 4/P4SP-0

Forecasts

Somekindofstar (5/4), Fibonacci (2/1), Loco Coco (10/3), Ratoute Yutty (5/1), Franz Klammer (6/1), Forget You Not (8/1), Mackie Dee (10/1), Hes Our Robin (50/1)

SOMEKINDOFSTAR is more of a chaser on pedigree and shaped encouragingly with a view to tackling larger obstacles when fifth over hurdles on return to action here last month. The drop in trip will hold no fears and he earns the vote in refitted cheekpieces. Fibonacci and Loco Coco are others to consider.
