Fairly useful hurdler who opened his account in this sphere at Chepstow in October and followed up easily at Newton Abbot 2 days later. Capable of defying a double penalty.

Well beaten in 3 bumpers and went the wrong way from hurdling debut when pulled up in a novice at Newbury 8 months ago. Up against it.

Out of a bumper winner and caught the eye with a strong finish when third of 6 in a bumper at Lingfield on debut. Underperformed at Ludlow next time but back fresh from 9 months off for hurdling bow.

Yeats gelding who showed a bit of ability when fifth in a bumper at Exeter and is bred to make a hurdler. He'll likely need more time, though.

Forecasts

Flic Ou Voyou (1/25), Lord Baddesley (9/4), Getaway Luv (14/1), Salley Gardens (25/1), Arc Of Bubbles (50/1)

Verdict

FLIC OU VOYOU and Lord Baddesley are likely to have this between them unless one of Olly Murphy's hurdling newcomers leaves their bumper form well behind. The first-named had plenty to spare when defying a penalty at Newton Abbot and should have enough to get the better of the Fontwell scorer despite conceding 4 lb.
