Established as just a smart hurdler these days, qualifying for last season's Pertemps with a plugging on fifth at Haydock (3m) but no impact in the Final. Eased 2 lb ahead of reappearance.
2018 County hurdle winner who landed another big pot at Ascot later that year. Promising return when fourth over 20f at this venue a fortnight ago but he didn't go on from last season's reappearance.
Useful stayer who showed an excellent attitude when gaining reward for some consistent efforts in a handicap at Haydock in December. Looked anchored by revised mark at Warwick 3 weeks ago.
Big-field handicap winner at Gowran last autumn and in good heart on the level in re-fitted headgear of late, scoring at Galway. Isn't obviously well treated but couldn't be in better hands.
Winner of 3m listed handicap at Cheltenham a year ago and mid-field reappearance effort at that venue minus cheekpieces was promising. Headgear back on and return to 3m will suit.
Useful hurdler/chaser for Gordon Elliott who shaped as if retaining most of ability both starts for new yard in February/March. Eased in the weights and represents a stable in good order.
Last raced over hurdles in 2017. Handicap chase winner from 1 lb lower in January 2019 before the wheels came off. Now trained by owner.
Useful hurdler at best and also won 3-runner novice chase in July 2019. Heavy defeat on reappearance in August raises questions.
Won twice over hurdles at Doncaster but absent following a ninth-place finish over this C&D in April 2019 so well-being is taken on trust. Has been given a chance by the handicapper, though.
Successful twice in a 4-race novice campaign and picked up where he left off with success at Wetherby on first crack at 3m. Did enjoy the run of the race, but up just 3 lb and his profile is positive.
Arrived on a five-timer/unbeaten for current yard and was far from disgraced when third at Uttoxeter a month ago. Strongly-run race here would suit.
Completed hat-trick over hurdles at Ayr on final start in 2017/18 and added to tally over fences in December. Held back by mistakes when last seen in February and reappears over timber.

Yes No Maybe So (7/2), Golan Fortune (4/1), Mr Scrumpy (4/1), Portrush Ted (9/2), Mohaayed (6/1), Unowhatimeanharry (12/1), Eight And Bob (12/1), Ready And Able (14/1), Fagan (20/1), Nadaitak (20/1), Chapel Stile (22/1), Flashjack (40/1), Impulsive Star (66/1)
It's never easy to assess these early-season Pertemps qualifiers, but a chance is taken on GOLAN FORTUNE. He won second-time-up last season and his reappearance over an indadequate trip minus cheekpieces was pretty encouraging. Mr Scrumpy arrives on the up, while Portrush Ted looks well handicapped on reappearance.
