Horse A-Z
Irish point winner at fifth attempt in January. Sent off at 40/1 and failed to make an impact in Ffos Las bumper (15.8f, heavy) on Rules debut, but this trip will be more suitable now hurdling.

A Perfect Gift251
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-0| J: Aidan Coleman| T: O Murphy| OR:  112
6/1
Bumper winner who showed ability in this sphere last season, third in Exeter novice (16.8f, heavy) won by useful mare Whitehotchillifili when last seen in February. This stiffer test should suit.

Modest maiden on the Flat. Hurdles debut effort at Exeter (16.8f, good) wasn't completely devoid of promise and ought to benefit from this step up in trip, but big step forward is required.

Bettered what she showed on hurdles debut when fifth of 12 in Bangor novice (19.6f, soft) last month, but she's probably more one for handicaps further down the line.

Low-key debut in Ascot bumper in February and didn't fare any better on recent return/hurdling bow at Huntingdon.

Half-sister to a point winner. Dam, 19f hurdle winner, half-sister to useful hurdler/chaser (stayed 3m) Poole Master. Successful sole start between the flags in March and needs a market check.

Out of a bumper/2m-17f hurdles winner. Record in points reads 122 and, like stablemate Don't Rightly Know, she's well worth a second look in the betting.

Go Millie Go29
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-0| J: C Gethings| T: S Edmunds| OR:  115
6/4
Maiden pointer who has shown a fair level of ability under Rules, clear second back from a 10-month absence at Bangor (19.6f, soft). This trip should be within range and she merits respect.

Fairly useful in bumpers and promise when fourth on Newcastle hurdles debut in January. However, step in the wrong direction at Sedgefield (19.8f, soft) 2 months later and absent since.

5/2
Runner-up on each of her 3 starts in this sphere, the latest at Plumpton (20.5f, heavy) in March. This trip won't be an issue (proven at 3m) and there should be more to come from this 6-y-o.

Sister to a bumper winner and shaped with promise when third on Fontwell debut in August. Not seen to best effect next time and, in good hands, she's likely to do better now switched to hurdles.

Forecasts

Go Millie Go (6/4), Sandymount Rose (5/2), A Perfect Gift (6/1), Lugg River (15/2), Capricia (11/1), Whiteoak Fleur (18/1), Annie Day (20/1), Don't Rightly Know (28/1), Terrafirma Lady (33/1), Aussie Breeze (50/1), Gio's Girl (66/1), Connie Wilde (125/1), Libby's Ray (250/1), Yorsexyanduknowit (500/1)

Verdict

There's not much to choose between A PERFECT GIFT and Sandymount Rose, both of whom showed plenty of ability switched to hurdles last season. Marginal preference is for Olly Murphy's mare, who wasn't unduly punished when third to a useful type at Exeter when last seen and is likely to benefit from this stiffer test. Go Millie Go also has claims and Terrafirma Lady is worth a second look.
