Momella^p,t³⁴¹

Age: 8| Weight: 12-0| J: Bryan Carver⁽⁵⁾| T: H Fry| OR: 127| BF| CWS

9/4

Useful novice hurdler who stepped up on her chasing debut when runner-up in a novice at Huntingdon 11 months ago. Mark looks potentially lenient if she's tuned up after long absence.

Form: 3FP9/P2-

Eceparti²³⁴

Age: 6| Weight: 11-12| J: Charlie Deutsch| T: Miss V Williams| OR: 125| D

7/2

Generally held form after a double last Novemeber, third at Stratford on his final outing of the campaign. May do better this term and stable has had a couple of winners recently.

Form: 113283-

Night Of Sin²¹

Age: 7| Weight: 11-5| J: David Noonan| T: Nick Williams| OR: 118

9/1

Fairly useful chaser who ran respectably on form when third at Exeter on reappearance but made rather heavy weather of it. Well handicapped if he can recapture his very best form.

Form: 14/F25-3

Carrick Roads^t1²⁶

Age: 6| Weight: 11-2| J: Harry Cobden| T: C L Tizzard| OR: 115

7/2

Progressive hurdler who didn't take to chasing last season but got back on track to some extent when second in a handicap at Fontwell on return. Needs to build on that.

Form: 421/65-2

Arian^p,t²³⁷

Age: 8| Weight: 10-13| J: T J O'Brien| T: P Hobbs & J White| OR: 112

5/2

Winning hurdler who showed ability for John Flint in this sphere. Fell with race at his mercy at Ffos Las 7 months ago and makes plenty of appeal returning for a new stable.

Form: 45/633F-

Forecasts

Momella (9/4), Arian (5/2), Eceparti (7/2), Carrick Roads (7/2), Diamond Fort (5/1), Killer Clown (11/2), Night Of Sin (9/1), Full Trottle (12/1), Not A Role Model (12/1)

KILLER CLOWN appeals as the type to make a better chaser and is worth another chance to prove the point having been hampered and unseated in a handicap at Uttoxeter recently. Diamond Fort is another one to consider in a wide-open race, while Arian is worth noting on his first start for Philip Hobbs.
