FRISCO BAY has yet to achieve much under Rules but it's possible he could prove a different proposition now sent handicapping up in trip after wind surgery, so he gets the nod. Meep Meep has been underwhelming over hurdles to this point, but has eased further in the weights so shouldn't be written off on only her third start for Dan Skelton. Spice War and Wazowski are others to consider.
