Much improved on return when opening his hurdling account in 14-runner novice over C&D 15 days ago. Has more to offer and goes well on soft ground so another bold showing is very much on the cards.
Modest form in three bumpers last term, fifth of 11 at Musselburgh (16.4f, soft) final start. Makes hurdles debut now and needs to show more.
Has hinted at ability in bumpers at Newcastle and Ary (hooded). Goes hurdling now and needs to step forward.
Fairly useful form when winning and runner-up in 2m bumpers at Sedgefield last season for Tristan Davidson. Considered now going hurdling for new yard.
100/1, showed little when tenth of 13 in novice hurdle at Kelso (16.2f, heavy, 100/1) on NH debut 9 months ago. Big step forward required.
Fairly winning stayer on Flat who hinted at promise after 15 months off when ninth of 14 to On The Wild Side in novice hurdle over C&D 15 days ago. Should build on that here.
Fair 10f Flat winner for Jedd O'Keeffe but he offered little for new yard after wind op/13 months off in 2m maiden hurdle at Sedgfield earlier in the month. Lots to prove now.
Little show in two bumpers, last of 9 over C&D 15 days ago. Makes hurdles debut with others preferred.
22/1, third of 9 in bumper over C&D (soft) on NH debut 15 days ago. Makes hurdles debut and not dismissed.
€3,000 foal, Sans Frontieres gelding. Dam unraced sister to temperamental but useful hurdler (21f-23f winner) Coole Hall. Yard not noted for its debut winners so others appeal more.
Poor maiden on Flat for Alan Brown who showed little on hurdling bow for new handler in 20f novice here 15 days ago. Easily opposed.
Yet to get her head in front but fair form to be placed all four starts over hurdles, second in 20f novice at Newcastle on soft going final start. Solid claims on her return despite 9-month absence.

Forecasts
On The Wild Side (5/6), Sophie Fatale (2/1), Blazing Port (4/1), Rockmann (18/1), Burn Some Dust (25/1), Seven Eye Bridge (33/1), Abington Park (40/1), Aquitaine Boy (50/1), Conundrum (100/1), Wooska (100/1), Silken Moonlight (300/1), Mr Jv (300/1), Breaking The Ice (300/1)
Dr Richard Newland's has his string in fine form so the progressive ON THE WILD SIDE is taken to defy a 7 lb penalty and follow up his C&D win earlier in the month. Sophie Fatale has the form to play a big part but a nine-month absence tempers enthusiasm, while hurdling-newcomer Blazing Port is not taken lightly either judged on her fairly useful form in bumpers.
