Bred to be useful and did the job well when resuming winning ways in 7f York minor event (soft) a fortnight ago. Remains open to improvement but this represents a big step up in class.
Likeable type who knuckled down well when landing a Salisbury listed race in August. Wasn't beaten far when third in the Royal Lodge at Newmarket (1m, good) next time but this is more demanding.
Promising placed efforts in minor events at Pontefract (6f) and Redcar (7f). Should cope with this step up in trip but looks out of his depth at this level.
Built on debut promise when second in the Solario at Sandown (7f, good). That form leaves him some short of what will be required but he's clearly a nice prospect and yard landed this race last year.
Got the better of Wembley in 7f maiden at the Curragh in July and landed the Futurity Stakes over the same C&D on penultimate start. However, well held last time and others possess greater potential.
Newmarket debut winner in August and shaped better than bare result when 3¼ lengths fourth to One Ruler in the Autumn Stakes there (1m, good to soft) 2 weeks ago. Each-way chance.
Sandown maiden winner in August and improved when landing a Newmarket Group 3 upped to this trip a fortnight ago. Further progress likely and should have a major role to play.
Has acquitted himself well in good company subsequent to Fairyhouse debut success in June, third in the Champagne Stakes over 7f here last time. Should make his presence felt.

Forecasts
One Ruler (6/4), Wembley (15/8), King Vega (5/1), State Of Rest (11/2), Megallan (11/2), Baradar (9/1), Mac Swiney (12/1), Cobh (14/1), Emperor Supreme (150/1)
It looks significant that Aidan O'Brien relies solely on WEMBLEY, who was one of seven Ballydoyle representatives left in at the five-day confirmation stage. The Galileo colt improved when going close in the Dewhurst and can provide his trainer with a record-equalling tenth victory in this race. One Ruler is very promising and is feared most ahead of Megallan.
