Successful twice on the AW this year and creditable second on latest turf start at Ripon in September. Just 1 lb above last winning mark and a bold show is on the cards.

Improved to make a winning return after 8 months off in 11-runner handicap at Newbury (1¼m) in June. However, has failed to fire both subsequent starts and now tried in a tongue strap.

Showed promise at 2 yrs but has failed to go on as hoped this season, down the field back from a break at Ayr (first run since being gelded) last month. Bit to prove now.

Followed Wolverhampton debut near miss in March with decent placed efforts at Kempton and Chelmsford. However, below par switched to turf last 2 starts and needs to get back on track. Gelded.

Successful twice off higher marks than this in 2019 but appears to have gone the wrong way temperamentally and has largely struggled this season.

Back to form when opening 2020 account at Ayr (1¼m, heavy) 15 days ago. 3 lb rise fair and should have a big part to play, particularly if conditions are on the slow side.

Much improved when landing a 7f Newcastle maiden on final 2-y-o start. Little impact in a couple of handicaps since returning to action last month, though, and stamina to prove (first run beyond 1m).

Off the mark in a first-time visor at Lingfield (1½m, AW) last month. However, switch to blinkers (retained here) failed to help eke out more when fifth off this 8 lb higher mark at Wolverhampton.

Went close in first-time cheekpieces over this trip at Ripon in August but the headgear hasn't worked so well in 2 subsequent starts. Others make more appeal.

Several of these have a bit to prove for one reason or another but OLYMPIC CONQUEROR is an exception. Indeed, the 4-y-o has largely acquitted himself well this year and conditions won't be an issue whatever the weather has in store. Firewater is clear next best having resumed winning ways at Ayr recently and he remains on a workable mark.
