Returned from a 13-month break with a solid second at Sandown last December. Out with the washing at the Cheltenham Festival next time but sights very much lowered on this return to action.
Fair maiden on Flat who followed hurdles debut near miss with decisive back-to-backs wins over 2m at Sandown. Disappointing in Fred Winter final start but retains potential now upped up in trip.
Proved than ever over fences last season, winning at Leopardstown and Ayr before a fine second in big-field event at Kempton final outing. Has a lower mark to work with now back over hurdles.
Returned with ready victory in 21f novice chase here in July. Better than ever when runner-up over timber 17 days later and ran too badly to be true back over fences last time.
Useful type who showed a good attitude when making all at Uttoxeter (19.9f) last month. Nudged up 5 lb but seems better than ever at present, so should remain competitive at the very least.
Stepped up on French form when springing big surprise in Kempton handicap and backed it up when third in listed event at same track. Not quite in same form since, including on Flat recently.
Well beaten in the Dawn Run at the Cheltenham Festival in March, but found things easier (fit from the Flat) when second of 8 on Bangor (16.7f) handicap debut/reappearance. First try beyond 2m.
Took well to hurdling in 2018/19, landing a Ludlow maiden. Encouraging first effort over fences at Ludlow but fell next time and seemed to go amiss back over hurdles at Wetherby final outing.
Won 2m Wetherby handicap with something to spare last November. Disappointing next two starts but got back on track returned to Wetherby when fifth of 12 there final outing. Not dismissed.

Forecasts
Flashing Glance (10/3), Midnights' Gift (9/2), Ballyhome (11/2), Palladium (11/2), Dream Berry (6/1), Kingofthecotswolds (17/2), Fransham (14/1), Fleur Irlandaise (14/1), Drumconnor Lad (22/1)
PALLADIUM proved a disappointment in the Fred Winter at the Cheltenham Festival when last seen, but he retains potential now upped in trip, so is still one to view positively for his top yard. Flashing Glance is in excellent heart at present and should give it another good shot, while Dream Berry also enters calculations with his sights very much lowered on this return to action.
