Forecasts

Macmerry Jim (11/8), Sweet Bertie (11/4), Honor Day (7/2), Basilic (7/1), Secret Box (14/1), Beau Tinker (40/1)

Verdict

The market will no doubt reveal plenty but debutant HONOR DAY has a lot going for him on paper so is taken to emerge on top at the chief expense of Macmerry Jim who showed up really well on his debut here only to disappoint at Ayr. Mark Johnston's newcomer Basilic apppeals as the pick of the rest.

  1. HONOR DAY (USA)
  2. MACMERRY JIM
  3. BASILIC (IRE)
