Off the mark in a Chepstow maiden (7f) in June and improved further to follow up in a Goodwood nursery (7f) in July. Ran creditably both starts since but his mark demands that little bit more.

Going the right way now, opening his account in a Lingfield novice (7f, turf) and following up in a 7f nursery on the July Course here. 8 lb higher now but expected to go well again.

Promising filly who scored on debut in 7f Kempton novice before excellent runner-up efforts, latterly behind an impressive newcomer at Ascot. Remains one to be interested in.

Showcasing colt who showed benefit of debut effort when landing a 1m AW novice 3 weeks ago, albeit coming in for a well-judged ride. More on his plate now handicapping, though.

Mayson gelding who has hit the frame all 4 starts to date, albeit yet to progress from the form showed on debut. Longer trip needs to bring about some improvement.

Forecasts

Last Sunset (11/8), Lost In Space (15/8), Mark of The Man (5/1), Olympic Theatre (9/1), Lightening Shore (18/1)

Verdict

A winner on debut at Kempton, LAST SUNSET has done little wrong in finding similarly-promising fillies from the Roger Charlton stable too good on each of her last 2 starts, edged out close home at Ascot last time. The return to 7f will hold no fears and she gets the nod on nursery debut. John Gosden's Lost in Space is going the right way and rates the chief threat, ahead of Mark of The Man.
