Gained first win on Flat since 3-y-o days when swooping late in the Duke of Edinburgh at Royal Ascot. Shaped much better than the result in the Ebor last time and of interest now back down in trip.
Landed novice events on AW/turf 6 months apart at up to 10f before doing some good late work in the Epsom Derby. Absent since Royal Ascot 2019 and has been gelded but he remains with potential.
Progressed again to bring up the hat-trick at Meydan in January. Posted a respectable effort in first-time cheekpieces at Ripon last time, though did have every chance. Has been gelded since.
Useful sort who was placed once from 3 starts in Dubai for this yard at the start of the year. Ran below form on last month's Newcastle return, though wasn't ideally placed. Blinkers back on.
Won the Duke of Edinburgh at Royal Ascot 2 years ago. Missed 2019 but has shown bits of promise in good handicaps this season, despite not seeing his races out.
Looked a reformed character when scoring at Southwell in January and added to his tally at Ascot in July. Shaped as if still in good form in the Old Borough Cup at Haydock since.
Multiple 2-y-o winner who went close in the Italian Derby 3 starts back. Not disgraced in strong handicaps at Goodwood and York since, but current mark looks stiff.
Has a positive profile and resumed winning ways with a career best at Haydock in June. Creditable efforts next 2 starts but needs to find a bit more improvement if he's defy his current mark.

Humanitarian (7/2), Dash Of Spice (7/2), Dubai Future (9/2), Scarlet Dragon (9/2), Mankayan (5/1), Fox Vardy (7/1), Dreamweaver (10/1), Calling The Wind (10/1), Stylehunter (11/1), King's Caper (12/1)
FOX VARDY has shown he's up to defying this mark when placed in good quality handicaps at York and Ascot, so he has to be worth another chance with his latest effort at Newmarket very excusable. Mankayan's consistency is hard to knock, while Humanitarian and Scarlet Dragon are others to consider in an interesting handicap.
