Byron Flyer^p²⁷

Age: 9| Weight: 10-0| J: R L Moore| T: Ian Williams| OR: 99

11/1

Versatile campaigner who landed back-to-back chase events last autumn. Ran well back on the Flat when fourth at Newmarket on return but below par at York since. Type to bounce back and on a good mark.

Form: 2804-47

Hyanna²⁵

Age: 5| Weight: 10-0| J: Oisin Murphy| T: Eve Johnson Houghton| OR: 99

3/1

Useful mare who landed a 3-runner Windsor handicap on reappearance and upped her game again when placed at Ascot and Sandown. Likeable and consistent but has stamina to prove up in trip.

Form: 47-1723

(2)

C'Est No Mour¹⁹

Age: 7| Weight: 9-0| J: Tom Marquand| T: S Hodgson| OR: 85

7/1

Recorded second win of the summer when getting up late in 12f handicap at Newbury. Even better form when runner-up at Goodwood over this trip since and looks a big player in current mood.

Form: 5-41312

(5)

Gas Monkey^h²⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 8-12| J: Tyler Heard⁽⁷⁾| T: Miss J Feilden| OR: 83| BF| C

6/1

Four-time winner in 2019 and good runner-up efforts last 3 starts. Versatile ground-wise and should be on the premises again if seeing out this longer trip.

Form: 7-73222

(6)

Dance To Paris^v¹³

Age: 5| Weight: 8-9| J: W Buick| T: L Wadham| OR: 78| D

15/2

Holding her form well this season, runner-up for the third consecutive start at Kempton 2 weeks ago, but career best probably needed here from 2 lb out of the handicap.

Form: 544222

(4)

Bodyline^p1²⁶

Age: 3| Weight: 8-8| J: L Morris| T: Sir Mark Prescott| OR: 87

13/8

Upped game without winning this term, again shaping like there's a bigger performance in him (raced freely) when second at Newmarket. Made no impression in Melrose at York since but better than that.

Form: 12-2620

Forecasts

Bodyline (13/8), Hyanna (3/1), Gas Monkey (6/1), C'Est No Mour (7/1), Dance To Paris (15/2), Byron Flyer (11/1)

A tightly-knit handicap but it could be worth chancing BYRON FLYER, who's been given a chance by the handicapper and has an eye-catching jockey booking. C'est No Mour arrives at the top of his game and is feared most ahead of the sole 3-y-o Bodyline, who probably still has a bigger performance in him.
