Has thrived back on turf this summer and almost landed a hat-trick with another gutsy effort when second at Newmarket 27 days ago. Likeable type who should give another good account.
Useful filly who didn't need to better previous form when easily landing the odds in a Haydock. Acquitted herself well in handicap at York subsequently and could do more still with blinkers applied.
Confirmed debut promise when comfortably winning a 15-runner maiden at Yarmouth (7f, good to firm) in July. Only third of 4 at Salisbury on handicap debut, however, so needs to find more.
Built on sole 2-y-o start when landing a Kempton maiden (1m) in June but hasn't been in the same form since, again finding little at Salisbury last month.
Dual AW winner last summer but has only one creditable effort to her name this term. Not easy to make a case for despite fair mark.
Went the wrong way for Simon Crisford and didn't offer all that much encouragement on debut for new stable at Lingfield 9 months ago. Easy to oppose.
Returned with a double on the AW this summer and resumed progress to get back to winning ways at Goodwood last time. Another bold showing likely if they go a true gallop.
Brighton maiden winner last term and placed on both subsequent outings. Only averagely treated, though, and has 14-month absence to overcome.
Big step forward when winning 10-runner handicap at Catterick (7f, good to firm) 38 days ago, staying on well. Can make presence felt despite 9 lb rise.
Progressive filly who has won 2 of her last 3 outings and was well in command having dictated at Musselburgh 16 days ago. Open to further improvement, so can take this step up in grade in her stride.
Forecasts
Lawahed (11/4), Grace And Virtue (5/1), One Small Step (11/2), Lalania (7/1), Lapidary (17/2), Made For All (17/2), Dubai Quality (17/2), The Blue Bower (10/1), Faldetta (50/1), Ghost Queen (66/1)
GRACE AND VIRTUE powered away to make all in good style at Musselburgh last time and, although this is a tougher assignment, she's progressive enough to defy a rise under another positive ride. Lawahed looked on a fair mark when third at York last time, so she's respected in opposition along with the thriving Lalania.
