C&D winner. 13/2, good second of 11 in handicap at Sandown (7f, good to firm) 38 days ago.
Had some very solid handicap form last season. It's taken a bit of time to get him back but no surprise if he has even more to offer. Drops back in trip for this reappearance.
Former C&D listed winner but seemingly isn't anything like the force of old and has finished well held in 2 turf handicaps this term. Blinkers need to make a difference.
Course winner. Eighteen runs since last win in 2018. Creditable fourth of 12 in handicap at this course (7f) 8 days ago but others preferred for win purposes again.
In good form on AW at the start of the year but lesser efforts on turf in recent weeks. Return to AW needs to make a big difference.
C&D winner and also runner-up twice here at the start of the year. Has struggled on turf of late so he's another who needs this return to AW to spark him back to life.
C&D maiden winner in December and looked very useful when returning to win 7-runner handicap at Salisbury (1m, good to firm) 31 days ago. Likely he has more to offer. Leading claims.
Showed improved form to get off the mark at the third attempt in 13-runner maiden at Lingfield (10f, AW) 18 days ago. More needed now handicapping but he is lightly raced.
C&D nursery winner last autumn and better form in defeat this year, including staying-on second of 12 here (7f) 8 days ago. Return to 1m in his favour.
Forecasts
Impatient (9/4), Itkaann (7/2), Zhui Feng (15/2), Majestic Dawn (17/2), King's Slipper (9/1), Raaed (11/1), Pinnata (12/1), Dark Spectre (14/1), Flaming Spear (33/1), Sha La La La Lee (40/1)
A fairly useful contest which may be dominated by the 3-y-os. ITKAANN took another step forward when successful on his Salisbury reappearance and is selected to make light of a 7 lb rise. Last week's course runner-up Impatient should prove suited by the return to 1m and looks next best ahead of Lingfield maiden winner Raaed.
