Cost £82,000 after finishing third in an Irish point in February. Half-brother to a bumper winner and very interesting under Richard Johnson, particularly if the betting speaks for him.
12/1, showed a bit when well-held fourth on heavy-ground Sandown debut last November. No surprise if he steps up on that now for a yard which has been in good form since the resumption.
Sprung a 40/1 surprise on C&D debut (good) 46 days ago, suited by emphasis on speed. Chances are she'll need to step up a little on that form if she's to defy a penalty.
Runner-up once from 3 starts in Irish points. Joined a stable which does well in bumpers so market confidence would look significant.
80/1, last of 8 on Fontwell debut 3 weeks ago.
Arvico half-sister to a point winner. Dam unraced. One of 2 runners for a stable which is 0-50 in bumpers in the last 5 seasons.
Forecasts
Long Stay (11/10), Bebraveforglory (85/40), Hey Joe (7/2), Little Jessture (10/1), Winter Tale (80/1), Ryveater (100/1)
BEBRAVEFORGLORY cost a bit after finishing third in an Irish point at the start of the year so he might be worth siding with to make a successful start under Rules for the Tim Vaughan/Richard Johnson combination. Jonjo O'Neill's Hey Joe can step up on his debut fourth on heavy ground last November and provide the main threat ahead of recent course winner Little Jessture.
