Stylish winner of 1m handicap at Chepstow in July then backed that up with a couple of solid placed efforts, including when third in handicap at Bath 15 days ago. Each-way claims.
Nineteen runs since last win in 2018 but ran well without the usual hood after 9 weeks off when a close fifth at Beverley 16 days ago, albeit never really carrying much threat. Not without hope.
Yet to fully fire this year, not looking entirely straightforward when fifth of 12 in handicap (7/1) at this C&D (good to soft) 13 days ago. Others make more appeal.
Only had 2 starts but failed by a long way to confirm his debut promise 8 months on when well-beaten at Chepstow on return in June. Cheekpieces go on for handicap debut but needs more.
Hasn't really gone on since finishing a promising second on handicap debut in July, unable to justify strong support at Chepstow when third 19 days ago. More needed but it's still early days.
Generally held his form well last summer but has made no impact in both starts last month, well held at Newbury back in blinkers last time. Headgear discarded here.
Shaped as if back in form despite not being seen to best effect when fourth at Bath 15 days ago, making headway when no room against near rail 2f out. Leading claims from same mark.
Winner at Wolverhampton in January but has made little impact in 4 starts since resumption of racing. Mark continues to slide as a result and needs to show more before getting involved.
Stepped up on reappearance when landing 9-runner handicap (11/2) at this course (7f, firm) 3 weeks ago, staying on to lead near finish. 4 lb rise looks fair and she should be bang there.
Forecasts
Mr Top Hat (3/1), Amazon Princess (4/1), Blessed (4/1), Flying Dragon (7/1), Ragstone View (7/1), Fitzrovia (8/1), Tanqeeb (22/1), The Lords Walk (25/1), Soyounique (25/1)
FITZROVIA gets the vote to come out on top having shaped as if back in form when fourth at Bath just over a fortnight ago, unlucky not to finish closer having been hampered when the race was heating up. He looks sure to go close from the same mark here. Flying Dragon heads up the dangers after a close fifth at Beverley last month, ahead of Amazon Princess.
