HOUSE DEPOSIT resumed winning ways at Haydock in June and hasn't done much wrong in 3 subsequent starts, most recently finishing fifth in a Class 4 York handicap. This drop back in trip will be in his favour and he gets the nod ahead of Mango Chutney, who found just one too strong last time and is lurking on a dangerous mark, a comment which also applies to Etikaal. Sorbonne is also shortlisted.
