Better class than this at best, but not really been firing this season and was readily held two starts ago over C&D. Handicapper offering him a chance and this is easier than the Sandown contest last time, but he needs to bounce back to form.
Better on artifical surfaces than turf, but is effective and ran a little better than finishing position suggested at Sandown last time out (no run at halfway). Likes to come from off the back, so a good pace up front would aid his chance no end.
Some positive signs on last two runs that he might be coming back to form, beaten 2l over C&D last time out and was short of room late on. Might need some luck late on from this stall but on a good mark and another to consider in an open event.
Winner at Windsor two starts ago (6f) but well below that form on latest start at Ayr, and possible the handicapper has him about right now. Does have a course win to his name but on balance, others just make more appeal.
Has been running with some consistency this season and has been kept busy, slow start costing her any chance at Leicester last time but she tries hard and should like this track. Goes on most ground too, so any rain less likely to inconvenience her.
Thrown in on the best of his form but slow starts have been costing him dearly, often having too much work to do late on. A regular at the track but only has one win from 18 tries here to his name. Needs it all to drop right to win.
Have to go back to 2018 to find the last time she got her head in front and she wasn't in any great form when last seen back in January, so has a few obstacles to overcome if she's to prove victorious tonight.

Forecasts
Storm Melody (9/4), Alba Del Sole (5/2), Catheadans Fury (5/1), Zac Brown (7/1), Waseem Faris (8/1), Who Told Jo Jo (17/2), The Lacemaker (10/1), Something Lucky (11/1), Essaka (14/1)
With little pace up front it offers Zac Brown a chance to get loose on the front end but he's not really finishing his races off with any great strength and might be vulnerable again late on. SOMETHING LUCKY often finds a bit of trouble in running but if gaining a clear path (and his wide draw should help in that regard) he can come through late to take this. Alba Del Sole would come right into this if the rains came and both Storm Melody and old Waseem Faris have been showing some signs of life recently, and are not discounted.
