Filly in-form, successful on two of her last three starts, including over 6f at Yarmouth (good to firm) a fortnight ago (now 2lb higher); no issues with this shorter trip, and the forecast showers won't hinder either; chance.
Short-odds Wolverhampton novice winner (5f) for Owen Burrows in April 2019; poor thereafter, including on first two starts for this yard; some improvement latest, and now sits on a career low mark with blinkers newly-applied.
AW specialist (5-22); took advantage of a handy draw when breaking his duck on turf (22nd attempt) at Pontefract (5f, good to firm) - beat the re-opposing Pavers Pride by ¾L; the handicapper has reacted swiftly with a 7lb rise.
Firing on all cylinders since the resumption of racing (2212), but rising steadily in the weights as a result; 3lb better off with Young Tiger for a ¾L defeat at Pontefract (5f, good to firm); stablemate of Buniann.
Is a likeable type in her grade (Class 6), winning five of her 24 career starts; sits 4lb higher than when readily accounting for Undercover Brother at Redcar (5f, good to soft) three starts back.
Made all when winning a Class 6 Chelmsford nursery (5f) last November; mixed fortunes since (stumbled and then raced keenly in rear at Bath latest); isn't fully exposed in handicap company; capable of better?
15-race maiden (often placed); kept on from the rear when finishing 1¼L third to Tuscan Oasis at Leicester (6f, good to firm) last week; on balance, many others are far more persuasive.
Took the scalp of Red Stripes when winning this race on heavy ground in 2019, so won't be at all inconvenienced by the forecast showers; remains handily-weighted, making the frame at Ayr (second) and Hamilton (third) in recent starts.
10-75 overall, but has found winning much more of a challenge in recent years; offered no real encouragement for the future most recently (Beverley and Musselburgh).
Stablemate of Red Stripes; another defeat on turf (0-44) will produce perfect symmetry with her AW record (0-45); admittedly, this 89-race maiden has had a couple of relatively near misses over C&D previously.

Forecasts
Pavers Pride (5/2), Dark Silver (9/2), Young Tiger (5/1), Veleta (11/2), Camachess (6/1), Buniann (7/1), Somewhere Secret (17/2), Boudica Bay (16/1), Red Stripes (20/1), Ustath (25/1), Bashiba (33/1), Celerity (125/1)
An interesting sprint handicap which sees the Pontefract rivals Young Tiger (winner) and Pavers Pride (second) recommence battle on revised terms. The in-form Paul Midgley-trained runner can extract his revenge on 3lb better terms, but possibly has most to fear from his unexposed (on turf) stablemate BUNIANN who was a definite eye-catcher (met trouble) at Beverley latest. Red Stripes has a fair overall record at Haydock (finished second to Somewhere Secret in this race last year), while the thriving Camachess is also worthy of maximum respect.
