Won this race two years ago beating stable companion Tanasoq who reopposes here once again. Beaten just half a length by El Astronaute first run this season and now 3lb better off, and was unlucky fourth in Listed sprint last time. Solid claims.

Verdict

This is a cracking little sprint with some talented performers on show. Tarboosh beat stable companion Tanasoq in this race in 2018 and the pair are back for more with the former likely to go well. El Astronaute will be on the premises, and Lahore is worth a try at this level having done well in handicaps so far this term, but a chance is taken that ISTANBUL will be sharper following her reappearance run at Windsor where she showed enough (despite finishing last of six over 6f) to suggest the talent is still there and she is taken to spring a minor surprise. Despite a modest effort last time, on previous form Keep Busy is not out of it either.
