Yet to truly prove himself at this trip having had a couple of tries over this distance (looked a non-stayer each time). Useful sort who this yard can win with off this sort of mark, would be better back in trip against some stronger stayers.

Lightly-raced maiden who so far hasn't really shown his potential in handicaps but it is early days for him. Creditable effort last time at Yarmouth (11.5f, good/firm), this trip may stretch but receives plenty of weight from his elders.

Verdict

The weight-for-age scale greatly favours the 3yo’s at this time of year especially at saying trips so that factor gives Dream With Me a sound chance of getting off the mark although this trip may just stretch his stamina at the moment. Groveman struggled in a competitive contest last time and will appreciate this return to an easier grade and the opportunity for an easy lead, that should see him in a better light. Where’s Jeff has the form to win this he to will appreciate an ease grade, Elector still has to prove his stamina. SQUELCH gets a good opportunity to win again looking the type to continue progressing despite the rise in grade, she won with something in hand last time.
