Been an exasperating character to follow in recent times but his receding handicap mark is a redeeming factor; never been at his best over this trip, however, and he needs to up his game after a poor run at Ayr last month.
Ran with promise on his first run for his new trainer when second of 15 at Leicester in mid-July; he relished the drop back to this trip that day and might have a bit more to offer from his current mark. The rider assists with a 7lb claim too.
Snippets of form suggest the filly can go close if her stamina holds out on her first try over 7f. However, she needs to significantly better her seasonal debut run (6f, good to soft) at Ripon last month.
Hard to make a solid case in her favour after nine unplaced efforts so far; also needs to prove she has the stamina for the trip. Easy to oppose after she finished last on her seasonal debut earlier this month (her first run after a wind op).
Best run for a while when second of nine at Leicester at the end of June; a repeat of that level would see him go close in this modest company. Consistency isn't his strong point, though; the betting will be informative.
Switches to cheekpieces after blinkers brought very little of note the last twice; did win over C&D last May but he's posted too many below par efforts since to recommend him with anything more than speculative interest.
Won on soft ground over this trip (at Roscommon) during her time in Ireland and was well backed when making her seasonal/stable/UK debut earlier this month. Needs monitoring in the betting once more.
Has shown ability over this trip but has generally been regressive and it's off-putting that he's not been seen in action since last September. His yard is very capable of having one primed at this level but only a serious market move should tempt.
Comes here after her best effort to date - registered when finishing third of 7 at Catterick eight days ago - but her over-all profile is unconvincing and the filly looks another to be wary of just now.
Two starts in Ireland were poor efforts and so were both her outings since joining her current yard. Wears a tongue tie for the first time but hard to envisage the filly finding sufficient improvement to be a player after being eased at Ayr latest.

A real rogues gallery as none of these are noted for reliability; Extrasolar and Robben Rainbow certainly fit that profile but could figure strongly if they were to consent to running to the best of their remaining ability. While Talk Now was well backed on her stable debut at Ayr 17 days ago and it will be interesting to see if there is any confidence behind her making amends for a near miss now she's up to 7f. However, there was a lot to like about the return effort posted by DESTINATION AIM here last time and the old boy could well have one last hurrah within his grasp from a very lenient mark in comparison to his past exploits. False Id is also feared.
