Better than ever of late, winning a handicap at Redcar prior to making all in a Group 3 at Newcastle last time out. Revised mark will probably require another career best here though.
Hasn't won since her Limerick maiden success at the start of last season but came on from her reappearance with a respectable ninth in the Silver Hunt Cup (drawn on wrong side) and perhaps given too much to do at Sandown latest behind Be More.
Made it four wins from nine starts at Sandown earlier this month on her first try over this trip and a 4lb rise looks entirely fair for that. Versatile with regards to ground and won a novice here last year so ought to go well again.
Won a pair of novice events around this time last year; did too much early here on handicap debut but much better effort when only beaten 1l at Newmarket when last seen in October; lacks a recent run but lightly raced and could be well handicapped.
1m2f specialist who progressed nicely through handicaps in 2019; made a promising return when not beaten far at Chelmsford but disappointed when last seen at Redcar; wants firm in the going to be seen at her best and 10lb above last winning mark.
Took a step forward from her maiden when winning at Chelmsford in March but never really got involved in a Group 3 at York earlier this month. Well bred and there's a strong chance she's better than that performance; quicker ground may help here.
Won a 20-runner novice event on second start at Newmarket in October. Well held in two subsequent Pattern races though and looks up against it here for handicap debut.
Improved from her first two starts to win a novice event at Wolverhampton and only beaten 1¼l in the Sandringham last month. That form has been franked with the winner landing a Listed race in France since and she's less exposed than most. Up 3lb.
Forecasts
Waliyak (13/8), Be More (10/3), Ghaziyah (9/2), Nkosikazi (8/1), Lake Lucerne (10/1), Dean Street Doll (14/1), Chamade (22/1), Geetanjali (100/1)
WALIYAK went close in the Sandringham last month and with that form already franked and the prospect of her coming on for that run, she looks interesting from just 3lb higher here. If the ground dries out, the well bred Lake Lucerne has to be of interest back down in class. A 4lb rise for Be More looks manageable and she's another to add to the short list.
