Verdict

A trappy contest can fall to MR MAFIA who likes it here and signalled his winning turn should not be far away when leading for most of the way at Southwell. He is marginally preferred to Soldier Of Love, another who ran well on his reappearance and is open to improvement. He steps up to this longer trip for the first time. Flying Verse also shaped well last time and despite a 6lb hike for finishing second could bustle them up, whlie of the remaining pair Aubusson is not out of it if fit for this seasonal return.
