Showed ability most starts at up to 2m7f. Had second wind surgery in November and faded fast and eventually tailed off on first start since at Southwell earlier this month. Has a bit to prove at present but any market confidence would be noteworthy.
Hasn't won since landing 2m5f h'cap hurdle here in 2016 for Victor Dartnall. Decent second over 3m at Kempton last December off 1lb higher. Runs here following 154 days off but has won after a break in the past.
Dual point winner but 0-7 under Rules. Not disgraced when fourth recently at Southwell on first start of campaign and will strip fitter now. Hails from top yard so off 3lb lower and with first-time blinkers could be dangerous.
Yard in fine form and won on first outing of the season over C&D three weeks ago staying on well under a patient ride. 6lb higher now but 3lb conditional claims valuable 3lb back and shouldn't be far away once again.
Won Plumpton 3m2f h'cap chase last autumn and returned from break to win over hurdles at Stratford 3m2f recently winning by 16 lengths. 10lb rise makes life tougher but clearly in fine fettle at present.
Yet to win in 16 starts so far but has gone close a few times. Ran well last time out in February when second in heavy ground but has form on a sound surface too. May again find a few too good though.
Showed little in two starts for Paul Nicholls last year and has run poorly all five starts for current yard since then. Very hard to see him playing any meaningful role despite addition of first-time blinkers.

A fair race with a few horses arriving here in decent form. The veteran mare Chill In The Wood hacked up at Stratford recently but this will be tougher off a 10lb higher mark and she's never won successive races thus far. With blinkers equipped for the first time EASYRUN DE VASSY may come out on top having run well enough when fourth on his first start back and now set to race off a 3lb lower mark. Sammylou looks a big danger and did it well over C&D last time. He should again be in the thick of the action, while My Lady Grey and Jasmin Des Bordes are others worth a second glance.
