Bumper winner who may have needed the outing when only fourth at Bellewstown (2m; good to yielding) on his first run after more than a year off the track. Switches to hurdles and related to stayers so notable step up in trip offers encouragement.
Highly respected for connections and hurdles debut offered promise when fourth at Kilbeggan (2m3f; yielding). Form not necessarily well advertised by the winner since but he is open to improvement after just the one start.
0-11 under rules. Been campaigned on the flat recently after falling at the first on sole hurdle start last year when 66/1. Last of 16 on seasonal debut in warm handicap at Leopardstown (1m4f; good) on the level.
Back to form when outrunning odds of 50-1 to finish third at Thurles (2m6f; good to yielding) behind two above average rivals (winner rated 142). That brings him right into this, despite the 168-day absence. Extra couple of furlongs may help.
Yet to win in six attempts over hurdles but recent fourth behind Aione at Naas (2m3f; good to yielding) when last seen back in February is strong form is now rated 138. Place claims if in similar form on return from 166-day break.
Pulled up when never a factor on hurdles/rules debut at the start of the month at Bellewstown (2m4f; good). Cheekpieces on for the first time and they need to revitalise her given she has failed to complete in three of her last four starts.
Tailed off 14th of 16 on hurdles debut at this track over 2m last month. This is a steep rise in distance and on the evidence of what he showed on his sole start he cannot be fancied at all.
Impossible to fancy to any extent given he has been tailed off in a pair of bumpers this summer. Steps up markedly in trip on hurdles bow. Best watched.

He should improve from his seasonal return to action and so on this hurdles debut Fest Deiz is respected. So too City Limits despite the fact he is vulnerable to less exposed sorts. The form of the race Full Of Zandre finished fourth in on debut has been let down but it was still a good effort and he cannot be discounted for his powerhouse connections. However, there are two key players in this race on form in the shape of The Echo Boy and OSCAR MONTEL. They are both returning from short breaks but they do take a drop in class and the latter is narrowly preferred given his third behind Sempo and Minella Encore is the strongest form on offer.
