Off the mark at the fifth time of asking for connections when winning a Downpatrick maiden hurdle 12 months ago. Well held on the Flat and a further couple of starts over hurdles.
Ran well in defeat on seasonal debut over C&D earlier this month to finish fourth of 12 runners behind Mindsmadeup. Likely to go well for stable in form.
Ran with plenty of credit on seasonal debut in a Bellewstown 3m handicap hurdle earlier this month attempting to make all before headed two out, finishing third of 14 runners beaten 3¾L. Should be spot on for this contest.
Posted a career best effort finishing second of 16 runners at Limerick over 2m6f on return to action last month before disappointing connections once again at Tipperary earlier this month. Not one of the most reliable sorts.
Winner of four of his 28 starts over hurdles with his last win coming in a Tipperary handicap over the larger obstacles in July. One of those victories did come over C&D and enters calculations in this company.
Winner of four of his 22 starts over hurdles with the gelding struggling in a couple of starts over hurdles since return to action at Roscommon last month. Vast improvement needed to figure.
Has generally struggled in a number of starts since his last win over hurdles 12 months ago. Winner of this contest over C&D last year has plenty on his plate in this terms renewal.
One from 11 over hurdles for trainer Martin Brassil. Well beaten in a couple of starts in the point-to-point ranks well last seen in February/March. Others hold stronger claims.
Still looking no nearer to breakthrough success in seven starts over hurdles. First time blinkers doubtful to bring about the required amount of progress needed to play a role here.
Belied his age when landing a Tipperary handicap chase at the beginning of the month over 3m on yielding ground in the 14-runner contest. Could be well in on return to hurdling.
Limited ability in four career starts over hurdles, yet to starts at odds of less than 100/1. Not in the form required to play a part.

The veteran, THE TRIGGER looked in good form with himself as he battled to win a 14-runner handicap chase earlier this month and can land the spoils here on his return over timber. The 11-year-old can hold off the attentions of his nearest challenger in Golden Nomad for in form trainer and jockey combination of Gordon Elliott/Davy Russell. The gallant Allduckornodinner for trainer Gavin Cromwell can be expected to give another good account while Happy Lad and C&D winner Ocean Glandore may improve from their efforts on seasonal debut.
