Third on comeback run but took a step backwards at Haydock the following week and needs to improve for this longer trip with no evidence that it will suit.

Best effort when second at Chepstow over 1m4f last year and does stay this longer trip, but hasn't been built on that and needs this first time visor to spark improvement on second run for this stable.

Two wins (both at 1m4f) from last four runs including beating Grimsthorpe Castle under 1L here recently. Shaped as though this trip will be ideal and should again go well, although this is tougher.

Sole win was in 2017 and although she should come on for comeback run at Yarmouth recently, she hasn't looked like doubling her tally and others make more appeal.

Better known as a hurdler and has won here in that sphere but Flat form has been moderate for a while and not hard to look elsewhere.

Improved for his reappearance run when landing the odds over 1m4f at Leicester recently. Made all on that occasion and has more to come at this longer trip. 5lb rise is fair and very much the one to beat.

Much improved for the dramatic step up in trip when chasing home Feebi over 1m4f here recently. Cheekpieces now go on and 4lb rise gives him every chance of reversing the form, with this further step up in distance looking a plus.

Forecasts

Pleasure Garden (4/6), Irish Minister (5/1), Grimsthorpe Castle (11/2), Feebi (11/2), Roudrapour (16/1), Park Lane Dancer (20/1), Nine Elms (22/1), Seventii (28/1), Mr Nice Guy (33/1), Rockliffe (80/1)

Verdict

From a stable in excellent form with similar types PLEASURE GARDEN looks a typically progressive type and with the longer trip looking virtually guaranteed to suit, he will be a short price to follow up from Leicester. Grimsthorpe Castle finished just under 1L behind Feebi when they met here recently but can reverse the form with the weight pull and the can chase the selection home.
  1. Pleasure Garden
  2. Grimsthorpe Castle
  3. Feebi
