Triple hurdles winner at around 2m on good or slower, but it is now almost three years since his last win. Doesn't look to have been the easiest to train in that time. This is only his fifth chase and he looks one to watch after another break.
Point winner who also won a Market Rasen maiden hurdle 11-months ago (2m½f, good), before being well held in two further starts earlier this year. This looks more like his game, and his mark is not as stiff as some, so can't rule him out.
Dual hurdles winner over 2m1f who was placed many times in that sphere. Will need to find some improvement for the switch to chasing if she is to win on her debut in this discipline from today's mark.
Dual novices' hurdle winner (2m/2m1f) who was rated in the 130s in that sphere last year. Lost his way a bit last winter in handicaps, but goes well fresh, sure to be well schooled, and the handicapper gives him a chance on his chase debut.
Won a Huntingdon handicap hurdle (2m3½f, good) last year from a BHA mark of 107. Not disgraced, but held on his two subsequent starts. In good hands, and should be able to kick on now going chasing, and is a likely player here.
Placed over C&D two years ago (good) and subsequently also placed in a Doncaster novices' handicap (2m3f, good to firm) when 19lbs higher. Badly out of sorts the last twice we have seen him, so reappears with plenty to prove.
Bumper and dual novice hurdle winner at up to 2m5f, all on a sound surface. Lost his way in 2019 and reappears in a visor after being pulled up on his last four starts, including his chase debut at Fontwell in December. Plenty to prove.

Youracert could make a nice debut, but he is probably more likely to come into his own over further, while the same probably applies to Thibault, although a win for either would be no great surprise. However, FERROBIN was the best of this lot over hurdles, and although things turned sour, he will be well-versed ahead of this chase debut, goes well fresh and is the selection. Green Or Black is not written off.
