Victorious for the first time on turf when scoring over 5f on good ground at the start of this month. Raised 5lb for that victory and is of interest having won off higher marks on the AW in the past.
Decent effort in finishing 3½L fourth in a 5f handicap on good going last week. Races off the same mark here and interesting to see how he performs in this event.
Four race maiden and finished a well held 7L sixth in a 7f handicap at Chepstow (good) on handicap and seasonal debut at the start of this month. Probably best watched dropping back in trip.
Good neck second in a 5f handicap at Wolverhampton in February. Well held seventh over this C&D last time out however and visor worn for both of those starts is absent on this occasion.
Made a winning reappearance when successful by ½L in a 5f handicap at Chepstow (good) last month. Struggled upped to 6f at the same venue subsequently and this drop in trip is in her favour.
Disappointing in three starts last autumn and it was a similar story on seasonal debut at Windsor (6f, good) last month. Well handicapped on his old form but others hold more obvious claims at present.
C&D winner finished a promising 4½L third in a small field 6f handicap at Windsor (good-to-firm) at the end of last month. Worth a check in the market racing off a 2lb lower mark in this race.
Maiden after five starts and recorded a career best effort when beaten 1½L into second in a 6f handicap at Doncaster (good-to-firm) at the end of last month. Interesting despite a wide draw.
Victorious over an extended 5f here in 2018 but has struggled in both starts this year including when 5L sixth over C&D on good ground last time out. Has won over C&D in the past but is probably best watched racing from out of the handicap.
Signs of ability in five starts to date most recently when 2¼L third of five in first time cheekpieces (replaced with blinkers here) over 6f at Leicester (good-to-firm) last month. Others make more appeal racing from out of the weights.
Best effort in four starts came when finishing 6½L second in a 6f handicap at Lingfield (good) last month. Seasonal and handicap debut that day and is worth a check in the market dropping back in distance.
Held on both starts since switched to handicaps most recently when 8L fourth over 6f at Chelmsford just under a month ago. Others hold more obvious claims racing from out of the handicap in this contest.

Gherkin (5/2), Cappananty Con (10/3), Leo Minor (4/1), Come On Girl (5/1), Kingmans Spirit (8/1), Lethal Blast (12/1), Port Noir (16/1), Vincenzo Coccotti (22/1), Numinous (25/1), A Go Go (28/1), Sugar Plum Fairy (33/1), Tomahawk Ridge (33/1), Peggotty (50/1)
Top weight CAPPANANTY CON recorded his first turf success last time out and he can follow up that victory with success in this competitive looking handicap event. The selection has the trip and forecast underfoot conditions to suit and he can get the better of his rivals here with Gherkin, placed second last time out taken to fill the same position here ahead of Lethal Blast who can claim third.

- Gherkin
- Lethal Blast
