Carried left at the start on debut but was never in contention after; will be wiser for the experience but a big improvement is needed. (She's a half-sister to the likes of Mac Love, twice a winner over 5f as a 2-Y-O, and Donny Rover, a 6f winner).

Out of a 5f winner and is a half-sister to 6f Listed race winner Terror; her debut run at Chepstow wasn't devoid of promise but the filly did fade close to home. A big step forward is needed.

Posted two modest efforts so far; closely matched with Four Adaay from their encounter at Chepstow (6f, good) last month (both faded inside the final furlong). The drop back to 5f can help but she is the type who can do better in handicaps later.
A half-sister to a 5f winner who was placed in Listed grade in Italy over the trip; her dam is a good influence for speed; likely the filly can improve from her promising debut at Chelmsford last month (Hattusa well held that day); a player.

Slow to stride on debut and eventually only beat one rival to the finish line; also never a factor at this course last week (odds of 200/1 that day) and hard to envisage her being good enough at this stage; might just need a longer trip.

An £8,000 two-year-old; she's a half-sister to 5f-7f winner Enthaar; her dam won over this trip and is also a half-sister to a Group 3 winner over 5f. Yard has been quiet lately; probably best just watched this time.
£3,000 yearling; she's a half-sister to a couple of middle-distance performers in France; her dam was also effective over further and won a 1m4f Listed race at Longchamp during her time. Needs to step up from last month's 6f debut at Windsor.

Helped to set the early tempo here (5.5f, good to firm) last month but weakened inside the final furlong to eventually finish sixth. That was only a slight improvement from her debut on the AW in early June; has a bit to find now.

Forecasts

Tattoo (5/4), Katie's Kitten (5/2), Hattusa (7/2), Four Adaay (9/2), Likely Successor (13/2), Girl's Got Rhythm (9/1), Alone Time (16/1), Caleco (40/1), Tempah (125/1)

Verdict

A few of these have already encountered each other on a racecourse and, with that in mind, TATTOO and Katie's Kitten can provide the key to unlocking an ordinary looking maiden. The first named created a favourable impression over 5f on debut at Chelmsford and, assuming she handles the switch to turf, the Equiano filly can strike another blow for her in-form yard. Katie's Kitten also represents a stable that currently holds a decent strike rate and can make this a good test if coping with the drop back to 5f. Four Adaay and Hattusa have a bit to find and anchor the form, but Alone Time will now be wiser so could be better value for each-way punting.
