The New Approach gelding has the added assistance of jockey Davy Russell and the pair can get the better of the rejuvenated Shamad, who will look to build on a solid effort at the venue over a similar trip on Saturday for trainer Peter Fahey. Dual winner on the Flat last month, Oromo and the evergreen Youngnedofthehill look next best.
