Horse A-Z
Arctic Cosmos newcomer a half-brother to point/2m4f chase winner Trumps Benefit. Will look to improve on desolate debut run in a Punchestown bumper in November.
Gelding by Papal Bull out of a Presenting mare. Dam unraced half-sister to point-to-point winners Distant Rain and Oscar Madness. Beaten 99L in a Tipperary bumper over 2m last month. Very little to be positive about.
Only runner on the card for leading trainer very selective with national hunt runners since racing resumed, saddling three winners from just six runners including Beret Royal, winner for the trainer/jockey combination at Roscommon last month.
Gelding by Morozov out of an Accordion mare. Closely related to bumper winner. Farewelltocheyenne. Best watched on debut for Co Antrim yard.

Five-race maiden when in the care of Mags Mullins. Not seen since a heavy defeat in a Downpatrick bumper over 12 months ago. Not one to place a great deal of faith in.

Will look to improve on promising effort on rules debut in a Navan bumper in March. Trainer/jockey combination paired up to win with Mr Jackman at Tipperary earlier in the week and with Felix Desjy in the last at Navan yesterday.

Gelding by Gold Well out of a Rudimentary mare. Not having the best of luck in a couple of bumper starts so far. Last seen in November and others look to have more appeal.
Daughter of Roderic O'Connor out of a Kris Kin mare. Half-sister to two winners on the Flat, including staying winner, Andy Dandy. Promising third of 12 runners beaten 6L in a Down Royal bumper when last seen in June 2019. Tough ask.
Milan filly. Cost £30,000 as a four-year-old. She is closely related to fair hurdler/chaser Bobble Boru. Will be looking to improve on a couple of encouraging efforts in bumper company at this venue in August and at Kilbeggan a month later.
Daughter of Gold Well out of an Oscar mare. Closely related to Casey Jones decent hurdler/chaser at up to 3m1f. Second of 12 in a point-to-point contest when last seen in December. May struggle on rules debut.
By Fame And Glory out of a Kornado mare. Dam, hurdle winner over 2m. Profile suggests she may be worth taking on as she makes her debut appearance.
Fourth of 14 but well held and beaten 25L on return to action in a Roscommon bumper over 2m last month. Will need to improve to figure.
Well held and never nearer in a couple of spins over hurdles in August/September. Market likely to be the best guide as the Fame And Glory mare switches back to bumpers.

Daughter of Arakan out of a Compton Place mare. Failed to complete in two of her three point-to-point starts between November and January this year. Others hold stronger claims.

Verdict

It's difficult to see past the clear and obvious chances of TULLYBEG in the closer. The trainer and jockey combination of Gordon Elliott and Jamie Codd have teamed up on two occasions since the return of racing last month finishing second of 16 on Jawbox at Limerick and landing the spoils with Mr Jackman at Tipperary on Wednesday. Trainer Willie Mullins has been selective with his runners since racing resumed and saddles Fitness Du Sud a noticeable danger. Memories Remain for trainer John O'Connell and Walking Frame are worthy of further consideration as post time approaches.
