The drop to 5f is definitely the right move for Clear Quartz who was bang there until his effort petered out towards the finish over 7f at Tipperary. He showed good early speed then so should be better suited by this test and is greatly feared. Sin E Shekells showed notable improvement to post a career-best in defeat when dropped in trip from 1m2f to 5f last week, and coming from this source it would be foolish not to give him a market check. The one they all have to beat though is LILANDRA whose sole effort when runner-up on debut to a rival with experience is comfortably the best form on offer and she can go one better at the second time of asking.
