Gained the majority of his five previous career wins on the AW but is effective on turf when granted the right conditions; good to firm suited at Leicester last week where he responded gamely in first time blinkers; 5lb extra but still 1lb well in.
Suited by a strong pace and made a highly encouraging start for his new yard when headed near the finish at Lingfield last week. Needs a personal best on turf but was ahead of Awsaaf the last time they met on the AW, so dangerous to underestimate.
A three-time course winner who should be cherry ripe after after a near miss at Lingfield last month. That run came on the back of a long absence and creates hope for more to come. Raised 3lb since yet is on a lenient enough mark for consideration.
Last win came at this course (5.5f, good to firm, in September 2018) but last season was an uninspiring period for the mare and she has plenty to prove from a career lowest mark. (First start since January.)
Very well handicapped on the pick of her past form but has been expensive to follow for a while now and needs a lot to go her way. Did win her maiden over C&D but it's more than likely another furlong suits her better these days.
Already having his fourth outing since the turf season was given the go ahead and he's yet to make much of an impact. Something to find now tried over the minimum trip for the first time (poor effort when tried over 5.5f here last year).
Dropped rapidly in the handicap over the last year but her recent return hardly suggested the filly is well treated as a result. She's another with a bit to prove now reverting to 5f despite being suited by the trip as a youngster; a risky option.

The first two on the racecard are due for a small rise up the handicap so this might the right time to concentrate on Awsaaf and CAPPANATY CON, with the latter just edging the nomination for selection on this occasion given that he came out on top the last time they encountered each other. The suggestion is yet to win on turf but this lacks strength in depth, which may enable the gelding to exploit his lenient turf mark in comparison to his AW rating. Toolatetodelegate goes well at this course and is also feared, while any support for Dreamboat Annie could also prove to be significant as she is also effective at this particular course.
