Finally got his head in front at the 36th attempt across all codes when winning at Redcar over 1m2f. Up over 2f now and 5lb higher, but was backed that day so connections clearly feel he has more to offer.
Sprang a 33/1 shock for sole career success at Ayr a year ago but form before and since then leaves her with work to do and needs to bounce back.
Only win since juvenile days was in a seller in August at Beverley but did offer a bit more at Lingfield when suffering a troubled passage so could be capable of a step up on that.
Dual winner over hurdles who is usually seen on the AW on the Flat but was hugely improved at Pontefract last time when coming from well off the pace to get second. Could be more to come in this sphere.
Seems to have totally lost his way since a Redcar win in 2018 and first run for this stable last time offered nothing. Not hard to look elsewhere.
Did win over hurdles at Bangor last summer but has struggled under both codes since and others make plenty more appeal.
Very moderate maiden who has shown a bit of improvement since going up from sprint trips but needs this extra furlong with first time cheekpieces on to bring improvement to play a part.
Poor form, mainly on the AW and very hard to make a positive case for from 6lb out of the weights.

Forecasts
Lady Shanawell (7/4), Imperial Focus (10/3), Optima Petamus (5/1), Barney Bullet (6/1), Something Brewing (13/2), Madeeh (7/1), Ezanak (15/2), Lizzie Loch (10/1), Circuit (25/1), Leodis (66/1)
Providing she doesn't get too far behind as she did at Pontefract, LADY SHANAWELL should have more to come and is taken to get the better of Imperial Focus who takes a step up in trip having finally got off the mark at Redcar. Lots of deadwood in this modest contest and Ezanak may prove the best of the rest.
- Lady Shanawell
- Imperial Focus
- Ezanak
