Very capable hurdler/chaser; finally of the mark in a Tipperary handicap chase over a similar trip to today last July; could still be progressive and one to note.
Form has taken a big dip ever since he won at Limerick in a 2m2f chase in July 2017. Hard to make a case for him on most recent form though looks temptingly handicapped now.
Generally well held in seven starts over fences despite a couple of decent finishing positions. Fell two out when leading a 16 runner field at Thurles on penultimate start; fair place claims if running up to his best.
29-race maiden without success in 12 starts over fences; can be let down by his jumping and perhaps the application of a first time visor here will help but on balance, others preferred.
Dual-purpose gelding who has been successful on the AW but has yet to score over obstacles. He was fourth of seven on his latest effort over fences at Down Royal in December. Needs to improve.
Has run some fair races in defeat but rarely looks like winning and likely to be same sorry tale; probably needs some help from the handicapper or significant softening of the ground to get truly competitive.
Seven-year-old won a point-to-point last summer but form under rules (hurdles and chasing) has been mildly underwhelming; unlikely to be her moment.
Long standing maiden; tailed off on latest appearance over fences at Tipperary last July; hard to see where the necessary improvement will come from.
Is still a maiden after 16 appearances; does produce the occasional decent effort and looks well handicapped now; suited by a sound surface.
Infrequent winner who hasn't had too much racing since last victory at the start of 2019; is now back down to that winning mark so perhaps deserves closer consideration.
Has won four times over fences but shown very little since last victory in May last year; beginning to look very well handicapped and certainly worth a look in the betting to gauge stable confidence.
Just one win in 36 starts and looks of very limited ability these days; not one to rely upon but has plummeted down the weights and has useful conditional rider aboard.
Forecasts
Thisonesforollie (4/1), Shes Flat Tothemat (9/2), Unchago (5/1), Cluan Dara (11/2), Maureen's Star (13/2), Like A Demon (15/2), Cable (18/1), Carried (18/1), Kilderry Prince (28/1), Light Bulb (28/1), Shanklys Dawn (28/1), Railway Muice (33/1)
SHES FLAT TOTHEMAT took a while to warm up but now looks quite progressive. She is also a useful hurdler but won recorded her first chase success over a similar trip at Tipperary last July and can race here off just a 2lb higher mark. Thisonesforollie is another with whom her trainer has been patient. She is given a squeak here based on her run at Thurles in November when let down by a novicey fall when in contention in a Beginners Chase. Four-time winner Shanklys Dawn does not look like the most obvious winner based on recent form but now looks well handicapped if she can roll back the years.
