Forecasts
Meshakel (1/2), Internationaldream (3/1), Summa Peto (6/1), A Boy Named Ivy (33/1)
A moderate numerical turnout for the first race to be held in Scotland since March 16th (Kelso). A Boy Named Ivy and Summa Peto make their respective racecourse debuts for Alistair Whillans and Keith Dalgleish. Mark Johnston's Meshakel was a beaten favourite on debut at Haydock, but with the benefit of that experience banked could appreciate the projected faster ground. However, a very marginal preference is for Richard Fahey's INTERNATIONALDREAM who wasn't beaten too far on debut at Newcastle (by the subsequent Windsor Castle Stakes sixth Victory Heights).
- Internationaldream
- Meshakel
- Summa Peto
