Verdict

A trappy looking contest to end proceedings where all of the runners have a bit to prove based on their previous starts, preference is for EASTERN SHERIFF to get back to winning ways. The three-year-old was cost by a slow start last time and his staying-on nature suggests this trip should be up his street. Dark Heart can be excused for his effort last time out given he was out of his depth but the 3lb giveaway may be tough, while Qaaddim was progressing nicely before bombing out last time, but there is every chance the gelding operation could be a benefit to him.
