Was an improver in novice company, winning at Newcastle (1m4f) in early March. Came unstuck when last of eight in the Listed Derby Trial (1m3f) but this is easier company. Has 3lb penalty to defy.
Made a pleasing debut when 2L winner of 1m novice auction at Kempton and by no means disgraced when 3L fourth at Lingfield (1m2f) 13 days ago. Given nice opening handicap mark and should play a leading role.
Daughter of Lope De Vega who remains a maiden after four starts, and put in worst performance so far when 11L fourth in 1m4f Wolverhampton novice. Plenty needed on handicap debut.
Thrice-raced maiden who has egressed with each start. Never a factor when 11L ninth in 1m Newcastle novice when last seen in January. Others offer better appeal.

A trappy looking contest to end proceedings where all of the runners have a bit to prove based on their previous starts, preference is for EASTERN SHERIFF to get back to winning ways. The three-year-old was cost by a slow start last time and his staying-on nature suggests this trip should be up his street. Dark Heart can be excused for his effort last time out given he was out of his depth but the 3lb giveaway may be tough, while Qaaddim was progressing nicely before bombing out last time, but there is every chance the gelding operation could be a benefit to him.
