Won at Windsor for Dave Evans last summer, and returned from a break to score for new yard under a penalty at Kempton in December, having changed hands for £120,000. Respected despite his big weight.
Unbeaten at two, having sprung a 20-1 surprise on debut in a York maiden before following up under a penalty at Thirsk. Not discredited on handicap bow at Haydock last time, but needs to improve to defy his opening mark.
Won over 5f at Pontefract early last season, and was off the course for over a year before a fair 1¾L sixth of 12 to Jovial on handicap debut at Lingfield recently. Ought to come on for that run, but the form is potentially flattering.
Best effort in three juvenile outings when when ½L second of 9 to Brad The Brief in a 6f novice at Wolverhampton on his final start. Gelded since, and seems sure to improve this year.
Unplaced in a couple of nurseries last autumn, but looked an improved performer when second to the impressive Broughtons Gold in a 6f handicap at Newbury nine days ago. Should be in the mix with a repeat of that effort.

Magical Max (5/2), Ivatheengine (11/4), Vasari (3/1), Punchbowl Flyer (4/1), Clareyblue (5/1), Waddat (5/1), Kidda (14/1), Melody King (14/1)
VASARI is still a maiden, but he produced his best effort behind a subsequent dual winner on his final 2-y-o start, and he looks sure to progress well having been gelded over the winter. Punchbowl Flyer ran well when second at Newbury on his return, and is clearly an improved model this year, so ought to get involved, while Clareyblue looks well treated on his Newcastle win in January, and may have needed the run on his return from a break last time.
