Didn't show much in three starts last winter for David O'Meara; disappointing on debut run for new connections in February and difficult to make a strong case for at present.
Has shown the occasional glimpses of ability but overall record is poor and will need to have improved plenty over the winter to be involved; has been off the track since last July.
Two reasonable efforts either side of being gelded at Newcastle and Lingfield; capable of improvement and should be winning a race of this standard before too long.
Has run some reasonable races in defeat awith best efforts coming on the AW; would have been closer earlier this month at Newcastle if not for a poor start; leading candidate and one of the more likely winners.
Has beaten just one home in two starts to date; likely to find this minimum trip on the short side once again based on breeding.
Due Diligence filly who is the first foal of a well-related maiden; showed little on debut at Newbury in July; entitled to improve but probably will not be good enough after such a long absence unless market vibes are good.
Went close at Beverley on debut last year, and posted marginally better effort when 3L second back there next time. Not as good in two further outings, but could have benefited from a decent break and is a likely contender.

SHOOT TO KILL has had plenty of experience and connections will be disappointed if he is not up to winning this contest. The gelding has put up plenty of decent performances in defeat in handicaps and while he may have some finishing problems, this is his best opportunity for a long while to get off the mark. Dream Academy has put in two sound performances to date and while he would need to improve to land this, he has every chance if he has improved over the winter. Ruby Wonder started last season well a repeat run when fresh gives her every chance.
