Four-time turf winner in the past; toiled during a winter AW campaign with Simon Dow but is now back with former trainer and has dropped to a career-low mark. Visor back on and any market confidence would be noted.
A dozen of his 13 career wins have come on AW tracks, not beaten far over 1m2f around here in September from this mark however and shaped nicely enough on return to action at Newmarket six days ago. Not without a chance if building on that.
Narrow winner at Ffos Las in August over similar trip from just 2lb lower mark; honest sort has gone very close on reappearance in previous two years and finds a good opportunity to challenge again now.
Filly was a 1m Lingfield maiden winner in October on second start after arriving from France. Has shaped encouragingly back there in handicaps since and entitled to be competitive here if handling turf.
Does his share of winning (5-20) and twice scored on the Fibresand at Southwell in January (7f/1m). Well held back there in two further starts however and needs to pick up again back on turf following the break.
Had been knocking on the door at Southwell prior to a poor show there in March, dual turf winner (incl over C&D) tends to run this track well and is on a fair mark if bouncing back this evening.

Mythical Madness (11/4), Pactolus (10/3), Reine De Vitesse (4/1), Lucky Louie (9/2), Oud Metha Bridge (5/1), Levanter (8/1), Leader Writer (12/1), Forseti (16/1)
It is dangerous to look past Mythical Madness on his first start back with David O'Meara. He was very much out of sorts on the AW over the winter but has plummeted to a career-low mark as such and could bounce back in this lower grade if his return to Upper Helmsley has had the desired effect. However, LUCKY LOUIE also makes sound appeal. He's just 2lb higher than when scoring last summer at Ffos Las and has gone very close on seasonal bow in the previous two years, so he should be primed for this. Oud Metha Bridge runs this track well and completes the shortlist with Forseti, twice a winner at Southwell early in the year.
