Seventh foal. Brother to two sprint winners, who both won at two, the best of whom is Tomily; half-brother to two juvenile sprint winners, inc. Listed winner Fig Roll. Dam also 2yo 5f Listed winner. Nice pedigree and should give a good account.
€28,000 foal; 130,000gns yearling; fourth foal; half-brother to three winners, the best being 7f AW 2yo Morlock. Dam an unraced half-sister to Canadian Grade 1 middle distance winner Folk Opera. In good hands and no surprise to see him go well.
Second foal; half-brother to placed 7f-1m (inc. at two) Law Of Peace, out of 6f-1m winner (inc. 2yo Group 1). Very nice pedigree and trainer 20% with 2yos over five seasons. Another potential contender on debut.
24,000gns, €46,000 yearling; first foal of a Listed-placed 6f 2yo winner. Trainer back among the winners already and has an excellent record at this track. He has a 14% strike-rate with his 2yos, and any market confidence would be interesting.
5,000gns foal, €30,000 yearling; fifth foal; half-brother to two winners, one of them as a 2yo. Dam was unplaced 7f-1m2f, and half-sister to Group 2 6f winners Vision Of Night. Stable back among the winners and is 10% with 2yos over five seasons.
500,000gns yearling; first foal; dam 6f-7f winner (inc. at two and in Listed). Top stable already going well after the break and its 20% strike-rate with 2yos over five seasons is its best stat when they are broken down.
£48,000 yearling; fifth foal; half-brother to two sprint winners, one as a 2yo; dam a 6f 2yo AW winning half-sister to 6f 2yo Listed winner Pharmacist. Looks stable second string on jockey bookings, but still worth a check in the market.
190,000gns foal; fourth foal; half-brother to three winners, one of them over 7f at two, out of 6f winning half-sister to Group 1 6f 2yo winner Dick Whittington. Good trainer has hit the ground running again and no surprise to see this colt go well.

Forecasts
Meshakel (11/4), Lauded (7/2), Fast Start (9/2), Proclaimed (5/1), Currency Exchange (15/2), Cliffcake (10/1), Inhaler (10/1), Mister B (22/1), Menai Bridge (25/1), Twiggybark Creek (50/1)
A tricky opener given that there is no public form to go on, but there look to be one or two in here that could make nice horses. One of them is MESHAKEL, who represents in-form Mark Johnston, has a good pedigree and can perhaps provide an immediate return on his lofty price tag. Proclaimed is probably of similar mould, while Inhaler, Fast Start, Currency Exchange and Cliffcake look the others of greater interest on paper.
