First foal; dam unraced half-sister to 1m1f Grade 3 winner Gender Agenda and useful winner Unex El Greco. Plenty of stamina in the pedigree and looks more one for the future than today.
Stable 0-33 with 2yo newcomers since 2015 so prospect don't look to bright if the statistics are taken into account. First foal dam a maiden who stayed 7f, half-sister to a useful winner up to 1m Star Empire; would be a surprise winner.
Yard have a fancied runner in the previous contest and are generally to be considered as players with 2yo newcomers. €65,000 foal, dam Listed-placed 1m4f winner (stayed further), half-sister to German Oaks winner Almerita; may need a little time.
Yard did a little better with their first-time out juveniles last year but are hardly prolific with newcomers. €42,000 yearling; fifth foal, half-brother to three winners at up to 1m, others appeal more at this point in time.
From a top stable who hit a near 20% (17-87) strike-rate with their debutante juveniles last year so has to be fully respected. By exciting sire Kingman the dam was a winner over 1m2f and half-sister to smart 1m winner Integral. Clearly of interest.
Juveniles from this yard tend to need a run although they can produce the odd one first-time up. £60,000 yearling, first foal, dam 6f winner closely related to useful 1m winner Good Governance; probably best watched unless market vibes are strong.
Price rose considerably from foal to yearling (€26,000 - €65,000); yard went 6-37 with 2yo newcomers last year. Half-brother to 2m AW winner Looking For Carl; dam 5f (including as a 2yo); may just need a little more time given his pedigree.
Trainer more than capable of preparing one first-time up (17-56 in 2019 with 2yo newcomers, particularly good record here). Half-brother to 2yo 5f winner Althiqa, dam winner at up to 7f (2yo 6f winner); very hard to ignore his leading chance.
Yard have a modest strike-rate with 2yo newcomers (5% last year). £145,000 yearling, third foal, dam 7f winner (including as a 2yo), half-sister to smart winner at up to 1m Flaming Spear. Respected but more one for the future than today.
Half-brother to a couple of smart winners at up to 1m2f in Muntadab and Dubai Horizon from a yard with a respectable record with juvenile newcomers. Dam Argentinian Group 3 7f winner who stayed 1m, one to note in the market.
Seventh foal, half-brother to 2yo winner at 5f-7f Aspirant and useful 2yo 6f/7f winner Daahyeh; dam 5f winner (including as a juvenile). In very capable hands and with a pedigree that suggests this trip will suit well on debut; noteworthy contender.

As with all the juvenile contest at Newmarket today there isn’t any form to base our opinions on so the earlier two contests may provide some pointers. With the Charlie Appleby yard firing in plenty of first-time juvenile winners last year his MAGICAL LAND is the selection especially as his record at Newmarket last year with 2yo debutantes reads 8-21 (38% strike-rate). The well-bred Gosden Kingman colt Existent on pedigree looks to have a leading chance while Saint Lawrence is another contender worth noting. Of the others any positive market vibes for Nando Parrado and Bright Devil can be taken as indicators of an affirmative performance.
